At times teaching children about values can be difficult for parents. Helik aims at giving parents a helping hand. There are ten core values in the book. These are; responsibility, benevolence, justice, friendship, leadership, honesty, patience, respect, self-confidence, and self-control. The book focuses on these ten core values and suggests fun activities for parents and children that will help instill these values at home. There also discussion topics related to each value. Helik aims to assist parents at home in conjunction with school activities. The curriculum strives to develop a child’s ability to make sound decisions, which children can take responsibility for. Full of practical, simple, and appropriate activities for children with various interests and learning types. Helik can be used together with Perese that are used by educators at school.
